Principles

1. We never work on production services alone, always at least two people.
2. We do not refer to customers by name, if necessary abbreviations should be used.
3. Customer information is incredibly sensitive and should not be shared outside of the Google Workspace.
4. We avoid practices by convention and favour enforcement, e.g. code-style and linters enforced by CI.
